At Moon, we are in charge of our own destiny. We set our own goals and directives rather than wait for permission. This can be scary and requires us to venture into uncertain territory, but we learn to believe in our inner creativity to chart our own path.

A familiar process yields familiar results. In order to be innovative, we need to work in new ways. This won’t be comfortable, and that’s okay. At Moon, we push ourselves to try new tools, methods, and mindsets so that we can create new and valuable outputs.

The future is unknown. Not knowing the way means acknowledging that we don’t always have all the answers. To unlock creativity, we embrace our natural curiosity. It opens new points of view, inspires unlikely collaborations, and generates new ways of solving problems.

Instead of following a fixed approach to a final destination, we will be creating, testing, and iterating the way forward. We don’t spend much time making things perfect or presentable. Instead, we use small, quick experiments to set our direction and to
