Lance Hewett leads workshop design and execution at Moon Creative Lab's Tokyo studio and beyond, helping Mitsui & Co. to accelerate its businesses globally. He is an Australian who has lived in Japan for over 25 years, with a background in journalism, HR Learning & Development consultation, publishing, design thinking, and corporate innovation. Lance has led hundreds of workshops focused on identifying and cultivating business opportunities, designed programs for Fortune 500 companies and leading universities, and authored and published many business educational materials. In his free time, he enjoys relaxing on his balcony with a good book, and playing video games with his kids.
